Jamestown New build

In the heart of coastal Jamestown, we had the opportunity to help bring a newly built residence—and its companion Pool House—to life through paint. This wasn’t just about adding color to walls; it was a full-scale interior painting project where experience met refinement, and every surface was treated as a showpiece.

From the start, our focus was on preparation. Every ceiling, wall, trim, and molding was carefully sanded and restored, creating the perfect canvas for primer and final coats. Precision and patience were key to delivering the seamless, high-end finish the homeowners envisioned.

The heart of the home lay in its details. Hand railings received a multi-step treatment—sanded smooth, conditioned, and finished with three clear coats to bring out a rich, lasting luster that would withstand daily use while adding a touch of elegance to the stairwells.

In the kitchen and throughout the home, custom cabinetry and built-ins became centerpieces. We applied two bonding primers followed by two to three coats of lacquer, sanding between each layer for a silky, flawless finish. Soft-close hinges were installed, and all cabinetry doors, drawers, and appliance panels were reassembled with care to complete the transformation.

Our work extended across both the Main House and Pool House, including:

• Ceilings and walls
• All interior doors, casings, and trim
• Window sashes and frames
• Coffered ceilings and crown moldings
• His primary closet built-ins
• Kitchen cabinets and center island

This project was a true collaboration between design and execution—where every brushstroke and finish was tailored to elevate the home’s modern coastal aesthetic. The end result is a space that feels as luxurious as it does welcoming, with craftsmanship built into every corner.
